My walk-in wasn't holding temperature below 46 degrees. I called Chris at Pro Refrigeration at 4 pm on a Wed. and he was recovering from Covid. I asked if they had anyone else who could come out and he said no, but he would "try" to make it Thursday. When I arrived at work Thurs. morning, there he was in my parking lot. He spent two hours working on it (low refrigerant), making adjustments and doing a very thorough job for a reasonable price. I could tell he wasn't feeling very well, so we kept our distance from each other, but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hope to start using Pro Refrigeration for my preventive maintenance soon.

Great service!
Came to work and my walk-in and freezer were temping a little high. I gave Chris a call and he came right out and got us up and running within the hour. These guys are fast, friendly, efficient, and they take time to explain what’s going on in normal terms you can understand.

I set up an appointment online. Chris called to verify and arrived right on time. Within a few minutes he had the door heater working then volunteered to fix the filter in the ice maker.
Chris knew his business, but more importantly, he wanted to be helpful.

We had a leak coming from our reagent cooler in the Chem dept. Chris arrived in a timely manner and quickly went to work. Had our problem resolved in no time and was extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend PRO REFRIGERATION! Will be using their services in the future.

main storage cooler
Our main walk in cooler went down rapidly. We couldnt find anyone to come out same day. Clay and his team showed up within a few hours and found the problem right away. After replacing the compressor, they found a few items missed by the installers who originally setup the vault. It has never ran so well. Bravo to Pro Refrigeration LLC. Highly recommended.

We have been using Pro Refrigeration for almost two years and we will for many years to come. They are very responsive to emergencies and always try to help solve the issue. I just made an appointment with them to come service the AC unit at my house. They are at the top of our list for maintenance and repairs!!

This morning Chris came into my coffee shop Karmic grounds and fixed the ice machine that was broken since I’ve worked here. He not only fixed it and cleaned out the drain but fixed our broken door temporarily until we can get it permanently fixed! Great service and great people!
