Fan Bracket Had Cracked

Fan Bracket had cracked causing the fan to drop on 10/27/23. Removed old fan base bracket and replaced then verified correct size and put cover back on in Rowlett Texas. Found leak at the high-pressure control connection. I tightened the fitting and confirmed there were no other leaks. I added 4# of 404a. I noticed that the second fan was not going off on the fan control setting causing the pressure to drop very low in the cooler weather. I checked the wiring and found…

Not a good experience. I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 to post.James came out and gave a proposal for walk in cooler repairs for our cafe at a commercial office building we manage. We approved the initial repairs - replace refrigerant, we sent the email approval backup and they came out. We were later billed twice the amount we initially approved. We were billed for 13 hours of OT. No repairs were made - no refrigerant was added. We found out James had left 2 days prior and Michael S. came out to do the repairs. Michael S. spent a great deal of time on the phone and smoking cigarettes as our cameras showed - thus he clocked OT and basically did nothing. I explained this to Richard when I initially called and told him I had an issue with the OT and we did not approve the additional charges. I submitted the original approved proposal for payment and I was waiting on our company to issue a check and I just saw my credit card had been billed the larger - unapproved amount. I am the one that approves the proposals......Not happy - This review is to be continued.
