Installed new freezer evaporator. Disconnected electrical and drain line from bad evaporator, evacuation, finished pulled refrigerant lines removed bad evaporator and replaced with new on 5/17/24 in Dallas Texas. Condenser Electrical Problem was Short Cycling

Condenser electrical problem was short cycling, found at the control wiring had issue. Rewired unit and check pressures found that everything was working adequately and now Cooling on 5/15/24 in Colony Texas. Low Side Pressure was not Coming Up Enough

Low side pressure was not coming up enough during harvest. I made some adjustments to harvest regulator and watched it make 3 batches of ice without issue on 5/1/24 in Mesquite Texas. Not a good experience. I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 to post.James came out and gave a proposal for walk in cooler repairs for our cafe at a commercial office building we manage. We approved the initial repairs - replace refrigerant, we sent the email approval backup and they came out. We were later billed twice the amount we initially approved. We were billed for 13 hours of OT. No repairs were made - no refrigerant was added. We found out James had left 2 days prior and Michael S. came out to do the repairs. Michael S. spent a great deal of time on the phone and smoking cigarettes as our cameras showed - thus he clocked OT and basically did nothing. I explained this to Richard when I initially called and told him I had an issue with the OT and we did not approve the additional charges. I submitted the original approved proposal for payment and I was waiting on our company to issue a check and I just saw my credit card had been billed the larger - unapproved amount. I am the one that approves the proposals......Not happy - This review is to be continued.
