Not a good experience. I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 to post.James came out and gave a proposal for walk in cooler repairs for our cafe at a commercial office building we manage. We approved the initial repairs - replace refrigerant, we sent the email approval backup and they came out. We were later billed twice the amount we initially approved. We were billed for 13 hours of OT. No repairs were made - no refrigerant was added. We found out James had left 2 days prior and Michael S. came out to do the repairs. Michael S. spent a great deal of time on the phone and smoking cigarettes as our cameras showed - thus he clocked OT and basically did nothing. I explained this to Richard when I initially called and told him I had an issue with the OT and we did not approve the additional charges. I submitted the original approved proposal for payment and I was waiting on our company to issue a check and I just saw my credit card had been billed the larger - unapproved amount. I am the one that approves the proposals......Not happy - This review is to be continued.

Great company to work with. They show up when scheduled and know the equipment. Clay was so professional and didn't give a canned answer. but made sure we would be up and running long term. Will use them again.Thanks!!!!

I’m a manager at B&B theaters in Wylie. Chris has come out twice now and has been a great help. Once he replaced a thermostat and this time he got our reach in cooling again. Great company and great guy. Would recommend this company

This company was very professional. Showed up on time 9:00 in the morning. The technician Chris was very professional explained everything to me properly. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has refrigeration issues or air conditioning issues. No hidden charges up front straight thank you
