The motor on the Left Shaft was Locked Up

On 2/9/2023 Checked walk-in freezer. The motor on the left shaft was locked up with ice causing the motor to fail. Replaced motor with new. Checked operation in Dallas Texas. Found that the Door Was Bent Out
