Supera Single Door Freezer at -4 on Arrival

6/13/2023 Found Supera single door freezer at -4 on arrival. Customer stated it got to -14. Set point at -8 with 6 degree differential. Reset controls to 2 degrees. Checked drain heater, working. Checked evap and condenser, working. Sure low setting caused insulation to be saturated and frozen. Insulation now back to correct state. Gaskets…
