Cleaned and Adjusted Ice Thickness Probe

On 12/20/2022 Checked ice machine. Found an alert that the water probe was at fault. Pulled water probe out and saw it was heavily scaled up. I cleaned and adjusted ice thickness probe, soaked it in nickel safe ice machine cleaner and wipe all dirt and scale off. Reinstalled water probe. While checking out the evaporator found that the ice thickness probe was hanging on by a tie strap. Replaced ice thickness probe. Completed a cleaning and sanitizing on ice machine due to the evaporator was scaled up. Started ice machine. Had to adjust the ice thickness probe. Restarted machine and all fault codes are gone and the ice machine is operating normally in Plano Texas.
