Cleaned off Ice Thickness Probe

On 3/14/2023 Checked Scotsman iceman. Board was showing code 8, meaning a short freeze cycle. Reset board. Let the ice machine run through a cycle. Found that the ice machine took a while to drop the ice sheet down. Inspected evaporator coil found scale build up and found that water was not dispersing on the evaporator evenly. Ran ice machine through a clean cycle with ice machine cleaner. Cleaned off ice thickness probe due to heavy scale build up and cleaned. Cleaned off the water distribution system. Ran ice machine through another clean mode for sanitation. Put machine back together and tested operation in Garland Texas.
