On 8/9/2023 Condenser head pressure was near 350psi. I checked the coil and it was packed with dirt. I used coil cleaner and water 2 cycles and the pressures immediately dropped 100psi. The cooler started to cool and was well within spec pretty quickly in Allen Texas.
