On 3/27/2023 When I arrived the unit was unplugged. After plugging it back in I was getting no power to the unit at all. I checked the breakers which were fine. I tested the current at the outlet which was also fine. I started tracing the wiring and found at the condenser switch had a burnt wire and bad connector. I cut the wire back to a clean un damaged area and replaced the connector. I plugged everything back in and confirmed it made temp in Richardson Texas.
