Found that the Condenser Coil was Very Dirty

On 5/26/2023 found the unit to be at 34 degrees, checked the condenser and found that the condenser coil was very dirty, causing the unit to run warmer when the ambient temperature rises. I cleaned the coil and restored proper air flow through condenser. Unit was at 34 degrees, no further issues found at this time in Farmers Branch Texas.
