Penetrative Maintenance done on all equipment on 9/14/2023. All of the small units were clean and at temp with. No seen issues. The WIC evaporator coil is a little dirty but nothing to be too concerned about this trip out. The WIC condenser had a clean coil and was running very well. The WIF evaporator had no seen issues. The condenser had all the sheet metal removed but was running well. I reinstalled the sheet metal without issue in Plano Texas.
