Schrader Core on the Discharge was Leaking

On 4/20/2023 Upon arrival I found the unit at 55 degrees, I found the unit was low on refrigerant, causing the issues, upon further investigation I found the Schrader core on the discharge was leaking. I replaced the core and installed a steel cap to ensure no further leaks will occur on the said line. I charged the unit with 5lbs of R404A, cleared sight glass and restored proper cooling. No further issues found at this time in Garland Texas.
