6/13/2023 Found Supera single door freezer at -4 on arrival. Customer stated it got to -14. Set point at -8 with 6 degree differential. Reset controls to 2 degrees. Checked drain heater, working. Checked evap and condenser, working. Sure low setting caused insulation to be saturated and frozen. Insulation now back to correct state. Gaskets are good in Dallas Texas.
