On 3/1/2023 Checked ice machine. Found that ice machine was making thin ice. Found that the water pump had a hairline crack that was spitting water out causing the freeze process to starve for water. Picked up new water pump and returned back to install. After installing checked operation. Ice cubes came out normal size. Completed a cleaning with scale away and sanitized unit in Mesquite Texas.
