We are a small floral business in Plano, Texas. Our walk-in cooler started to act up, and I reached out to our floral community and we were referred to ProRefrigeration by another florist. They answered the phone immediately and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. Chris promptly arrived in the morning with a phone call prior, diagnosed the issue and had us taken care of quickly. We have been ghosted by so many other companies we have reached out to, so working with them was a breath of fresh air. We are going to continue to work with them and set up a maintenance program.
