On 6/23/2023 System was extremely dirty so I took it apart and deep cleaned it with heavy sanitizer/descaler. I also noticed the water flow through the filter was reversed. Customer had extra length of hose some i was able to put it right. I put it back together and ran the machine through a descale cycle and then a sanitizer cycle after. I started the machine up and watched it make three batches of ice without issue in Dallas Texas.
