On 4/27/2023 found the unit was draining all the time, I replaced the dump valve and found pieces of plastic stuck inside the valve, once replaced I watched the unit dump 3 batches of ice and verified all proper operations. Cleaned the Dirty Condenser Coil

On 4/24/2023 Upon arrival I found unit completely empty, I found the coil frozen up and cleaned the dirty condenser coil.
