On 4/24/2023 Upon arrival I found unit completely empty, I found the coil frozen up and cleaned the dirty condenser coil. I ran the unit through defrost a couple times to clear off ice, once cleared I tested units heaters along with the time of defrost, unit was left open and caused evaporator to freeze up. The unit was de iced and i checked seals along with fans all verified to be working. Watched unit drop down to proper temperature. Told them to keep doors closed while unit is on in Dallas Texas.
