On 8/1/2023 I checked the HVAC systems all functioning relatively well other than one being 25+ years old. I cleaned all condensers and immediately saw a drop in the head pressure as well as the water snide temp dropped 5-6* over about an hour’s time after struggling to make sub 80* temps in Allen Texas.
