On 7/28/2023 Arrived and started checking unit.. found pressures too low for 404a and started looking for leak...found two pinhole leaks on EVAP and soldered them .. added 2.5 lbs. of 404a to bring up pressures to 72/315 and felt box dropping temp and verified temp drop … For future reference I got model and serial I recommend they replace the evaporator fan coil as it is old and the condensing unit looks as if it's been replaced already in Dallas Texas.
