I could actually feel the leak as I peeled back the plastic covering. I replaced the entire section of pipe with 1/4 soft copper tubing and added service port. I also replaced the spin copper drier. I pulled a deep vacuum and recharged the system with fresh r290. System can be returned to service after watching the temp drop within range in Blue Ridge Texas.
