Cleaned Condenser Coil because the Head Pressure was High

On 6/27/2023 System was cycling off after 5 minutes, I cleaned condenser coil because the head pressure was high, the pressure went down in Mesquite Texas. On 6/15/2023 I cycled the system when I arrived and found a high head pressure. I cleaned the condenser by blowing it out with nitrogen. The head pressure came down but the over all pressure was low. I added some refrigerant and cycled the system multiple times only to find it was making ice on…

Supera Single Door Freezer at -4 on Arrival

6/13/2023 Found Supera single door freezer at -4 on arrival. Customer stated it got to -14. Set point at -8 with 6 degree differential. Reset controls to 2 degrees. Checked drain heater, working. Not a good experience. I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 to post.James came out and gave a proposal for walk in cooler repairs for our cafe at a commercial office building we manage. We approved the initial repairs - replace refrigerant, we sent the email approval backup and they came out. We were later billed twice the amount we initially approved. We were billed for 13 hours of OT. No repairs were made - no refrigerant was added. We found out James had left 2 days prior and Michael S. came out to do the repairs. Michael S. spent a great deal of time on the phone and smoking cigarettes as our cameras showed - thus he clocked OT and basically did nothing. I explained this to Richard when I initially called and told him I had an issue with the OT and we did not approve the additional charges. I submitted the original approved proposal for payment and I was waiting on our company to issue a check and I just saw my credit card had been billed the larger - unapproved amount. I am the one that approves the proposals......Not happy - This review is to be continued.
