On 8/28/2023 I started leak checking the evap and the leak detector went off as soon as I stepped in the room. I opened the main door as well as a couple glass doors to let it air out. I started another leak detection and found that there was a core cap missing and some oil around a loose core. I tightened it and replaced the cap. I topped the system off as well as a chemical clean of the condenser coil (very dirty). I started the system back up and confirmed cooling in Dallas Texas.
